On this summer evening, we gather in Berlin’s Tiergarten for a practice that grounds, refreshes, and restores.

A flowing yoga sequence with somatic elements supports nervous system regulation and invites you to cool down internally, release tension, and reconnect with your natural energy.

Held under the energy of the full moon, this outdoor session offers a calming yet invigorating pause in nature – cultivating lightness, presence, and a sense of connection.

DETOX & BOOST IMMUNE SYSTEM Workshop

As we move into the quieter months, this workshop invites you to clear space — in the body, in the breath, and in the inner landscape.
Through kundalini-inspired practices, rhythmic breathwork, and gentle flowing sequences, we support the natural processes of detoxification, awaken the lymphatic and digestive systems, and strengthen the body’s subtle and physical defenses.

• build resilience for the season ahead
• reconnect with the steadiness that lives beneath the surface.

Yoga for Hormonal & Emotional Balance

This workshop supports you in regulating your nervous system and cultivating inner balance – regardless of gender or life stage.

At its core, it explores the connection between stress regulation, hormonal processes, and emotional stability as a foundation for going through different life phases.

 

You will be guided through a somatically orientated, dynamic yoga practice with breath work to calm the nervous system and support circulation and energy flow in the pelvic area.

This is followed by a restorative Yin practice that invites deep rest, release, and inner balance.

You’ll explore how to use your back shoulders to unwind, while allowing your brain to let go and reset your nervous system.
