Bringing together the elements within us that tend to become fragmented during our busy everyday lives is why the practice is always rewarding. Realigning our core energy helps us get in touch with our ability to stay present with what is.
My classes are refreshing, balancing, stabilizing, and relaxing at the same time. All ages and levels are welcome. Prior experience is not relevant.
My teaching blends different techniques and styles form Kundalini to Yin to enhance and balance the flow of energy in the meridian and organ systems. Meditation and breath practices are integrated to help remove mental and emotional tension. All these aspects help us bring together the elements within ourselves that often get fragmented in our everyday busy lives.
Practising yoga together with others is about having fun instead of competing with each other. We open our hearts and create more space in our bodies and minds, so that we feel balanced and light, yet grounded.
There are many ways you can benefit from personal yoga training. Maybe you are new to yoga, or you recently experienced an accident, a concerning diagnosis, or a medical intervention. Perhaps it is difficult for you to keep up with the pace in group classes, or you simply want support with alignment in the postures.
All of the above and more can be addressed during a personal yoga session. You have my undivided attention, knowledge and experience to provide a tailor-made solution to meet your needs on that particular day and to help you develop your own practice.
While I draw from different sources and fields of knowledge, ranging from Ayurveda, and astrology to trauma-sensitive approaches in my teaching, I always look for ways to enhance and balance your overall energy flow. Meditation and breathing practices are integrated to reduce emotional, mental, and physical tension.
